My favorite baby/toddler recipe! I used it for smash cake. I just made a double batch w some minced spinach that I am calling ABCs muffins. Thank you SO much for this recipe. I love it so much and it makes me feel like I am a mother who can competently feed my kid good food! ☺️

Made this! My husband (I know this was meant for toddlers, but we call it training for when our little one start to eat himself, he) hates celery and he didnt even taste it here! Great, my family loved this.

Amazing. So easy. Recipe is perfect. Will be making these a lot, I can already tell. I added some mini chocolate chips to the batter. I think adding wild blueberries would be really yummy too!

I have been making this 2 cakes at a time and putting slices in the freezer because my kids love them. Easy, quick and without refined sugar. I also love the use of yogurt and frozen fruit. This recipe is also perfect for my son who is allergic to eggs, but tolerates baked eggs. He’ll eat 1/6 of this 8” cake easily. I bake it for 30 minutes in an 8” cake pan to meet the baked egg tolerance time.
