At first I was sceptical about carrot chips actually being enticing enough for my little one to eat. But after consuming all the sauce she then proceeded to eat all the carrot chips!. So happy as she typically rejects anything that resembles carrot.

Holy cow these were good! My whole family enjoyed these including my 18 month old and my 4 year olds! Getting veggies in at my house is a struggle and they were loving them!

I would cut them in half lengthwise so they cook a little faster. It should work though
