Hi- Generally speaking, I believe it would be the same for any type of milk you're serving in a cup since the goal with that upper limit is to avoid the kiddo filling up on milk and having less room for other solids (and other nutrients). The thing that different about breastmilk as you likely know is that the nutritional composition changes as baby grows so that part would be different from cow's milk. I hope that helps!

Hello! Is the ounces per day recommendation the same if it is breast milk? I have a 12 month old and I’m transitioning her from nursing to cups with straws but still using breastmilk. Curious to know if it’s an equivalent recommendation. Thanks!
