Just made these for my little girl and they were a huge hit! Paired with extra veggie pasta sauce and some whole grain pasta and it made a delicious and nutritious meal. I substituted the parsley with cilantro because it was what I had on hand and they were great! Adding these to my favorites list! Thank you!

Hi! Made your recipe and 2 year old loved them. I’ve frozen a batch and was wondering if it’s possible to warm them up from frozen in the oven or microwave? You mention in marinara sauce but he eats them without it! Thanks !

In reply to Anna. You can grate the vegetables on a box grater or mince them finely, then use your hands to combine the mixture into an evenly distributed mixture.
