We had great success teaching our daughter to use a straw cup around 9 months old with the honey bear straw cups from Amazon! She just turned 1 and is a straw cup pro!

In reply to Loz. They'd all work for smoothies though I'd personally don't like using the Hydroflask or the 360 cup for that just because they may be harder to get totally clean.
